Role Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Spark AI’s AI solutions and services.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Research target markets and reach out to prospective clients.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored AI solutions.
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to align client needs with solution capabilities.
  • Prepare proposals and commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain strong account relationships and track performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback on market trends to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
  • Solid Account Management and Business relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in selling technology or AI related solutions, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, market analysis, and the ability to translate business challenges into AI solution opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh, collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and adapt to a fast paced, evolving AI market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
