Role Description

  • The Junior Business Development Executive is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh.
  • This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation campaigns, and contributing to sales pipelines.
  • Daily activities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and assisting in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • The Junior Business Development Executive also helps maintain relationships with existing accounts, coordinates follow ups, and updates CRM and sales records to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams is essential to align customer needs with Spark AI’s AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support ongoing engagements.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage professionally with clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of AI, technology solutions, or SaaS business models is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM or similar tools.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from senior team members and adapt to a fast paced environment.
