About the Role
Miral is seeking an Events Sales Manager to target corporate and government business, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves sales calls, account management, and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities
- Aggressively target solicitation of business from Corporate & Government segments to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers and industry organizations.
- Contract and manage accounts through CRM system, recording and tracking opportunities.
- Formulate and implement action plans and strategies for assigned segments to ensure revenue growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for Head of Sales Domestic.
- Develop and manage portfolio of active and prospect Corporate & Government accounts.
- Resolve order and inventory problems and promotional discrepancies.
- Coach and conduct appraisals for direct reports.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in events or hospitality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage accounts and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems

Responsibilities
- Aggressively target the solicitation of business from key market segments: Corporate & Government to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Facilitating indoor and outdoor sales activities as well as external client meetings.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations to enable future bookings.
- Activities include individual sales calls, prospective client entertainment, FAM trips, etc.
- Contracting and managing accounts through our CRM system, while recording and tracking all opportunities in the system.
- Identify new business partners for the company.
- Formulate and implement set action plan and strategy for the assigned segment to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
- Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
- Communicate all sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Head of Sales Domestic through consolidated and analyzed action summaries as well as sales tracking reports.
- Develop and Manage portfolio of active and prospect Corporate & Government accounts.
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history thus identifying alternate means for filling requests and notifying the team and customers.
