What you will be doing
- Perform facials, nail services, and waxing in accordance with protocols
- Deliver warm, professional, personalized guest experience
- Conduct thorough guest consultations
- Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and facilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Review daily appointments and document services
- Recommend home care products and service enhancements
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Ensure treatment areas are maintained
- Address guest feedback professionally
- Report malfunctioning equipment or hazards
Your experience and skills include
- Service focused personality
- Luxury resort or wellness experience, ideally in Hawai'i
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to lead by example
- Experience and education in Spa within luxury resort
- Hawaii Beauty Operator License
- Additional certifications (Massage Therapist, First Aid, CPR, AED) preferred
Additional Information
- Estheticians are eligible for up to 34% commissions on services performed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa assistance.
