- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions
- Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle ERP modules based on business needs
- Lead and support ERP implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful go live
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve system issues and deliver enhancements
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and provide end user training
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend ERP best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience as an ERP Consultant with Oracle ERP
- Hands on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle E Business Suite (EBS)
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and post go live support
- Experience with Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, or HCM
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Oracle ERP certifications and strong English communication skills are an advantage
