Position Overview
Manage environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for project activities in Qatar.
Monitor environmental performance and ensure construction projects meet regulatory, client, and sustainability requirements.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Additional professional certifications in environmental management or sustainability are advantageous.
Experience and Skills
- 15+ years of total professional experience and 7+ years of relevant environmental experience.
- Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, building, or development projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and environmental management systems.
- Experience with environmental monitoring, auditing, waste management, and pollution prevention.
- Strong knowledge of energy, water, waste, and resource efficiency practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills.
