Programme Overview

Programme Experience

• Contribute to real projects and day-to-day business priorities.
• Work with colleagues across functions, backgrounds, and areas of expertise.
• Develop problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Participate in learning sessions, development opportunities, midpoint reviews, and final reviews.
• Join an intern cohort and receive support from a programme buddy.
• Projects may include data analysis, opportunity research, communications, AI exploration, and service or process improvements.

Career Areas

• Placements may cover finance and audit, including financial planning, internal audit, and financial projects.
• Placements may cover strategy, data, and technology, including business improvement, analytics, artificial intelligence, and technology.
• Placements may cover people, legal, risk, commercial, customer experience, and operations.
• Academic backgrounds may include business, finance, economics, data, technology, engineering, law, human resources, psychology, communications, marketing, hospitality, tourism, supply chain, healthcare management, and safety.

Eligibility

• Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or have recently graduated.
• Have completed at least one previous internship.
• Be available to work full-time in Dubai for six months.
• Have not previously completed an internship with the Emirates Group.
• Be curious, proactive, and ready to learn in an international environment.

What We Offer

• The programme offers an AED 5,000 monthly salary.
• Company accommodation or an AED 2,000 monthly accommodation allowance is provided.
• Flights to Dubai at the start and home at the end of the internship are included.
• Visa sponsorship, Emirates ID sponsorship, medical insurance, and staff travel benefits are included.
