Job Purpose
Coordinate and support security operations at Emirates Group's global hub in Dubai.
Supervise outsourced personnel and support smooth day-to-day security operations through data collection, logistical support, and incident reporting.
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and conduct random inspections of personnel deployed across security assignments to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Prepare shift incident reports and submit them to supervisors for escalation to management when required.
- Prepare work rosters to improve manpower utilization and minimize overtime costs.
- Support preliminary investigations by gathering facts and conducting workplace inspections.
- Participate in operational activities for events, flight delays, staff shortages, and other ad hoc services.
- Supervise outsourced security personnel deployed across Group facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of 10 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to work around hazardous energy systems.
Additional Advantage
- Experience in the aviation security field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
