Agile Delivery Lead - Commercial

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery timelines, budgets, quality, vendor integrations, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting.
• Schedule backlog stories into sprints and facilitate refinement, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams in Agile and Scrum practices, self-organization, empowerment, sustainable pace, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to refine backlogs, commit sprint work, and visualize progress.
• Support business expectation management and delivery transparency.
• Maintain acceptance criteria, the Definition of Done, quality practices, and agile delivery tools.

Qualifications

• Degree, Honours degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a similar subject.
• Certified Scrum Master with 3 years of practical Scrum management experience.
• At least 5 years of Information Technology experience in agile delivery within a technology change program.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and similar software delivery tools.
• Ability to communicate specialist information clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills aligned with openness, honesty, and respect.
