• As an Agile Delivery Lead - Commercial, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span vendor-led CAPEX projects, in-house product enhancements, support releases, and technical debt reduction. You’ll work closely with strategic vendor partners to manage delivery timelines, budgets, and quality - ensuring that all integrations between vendor-built systems and Emirates’ enterprise platforms meet our technical and operational standards. You will be expected to drive delivery governance across internal and supplier teams, including dependency management, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder reporting to support programme delivery objectives.
• The Agile Delivery Lead - Commercial performs the role of Scrum Master, developing and leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. They play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of technical products, and setting standards for teams to follow.

In this role, you will

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements

• Degree or Honours or equivalent in a subject related to Computer Science or similar
• Certified Scrum Master with 3 years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline PMI ACP transition of existing SDCs are exempt.
• 5 years of working in Information Technology in agile delivery within the context of a small medium technology change program.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
• Well versed in the use of tools of software delivery eg MS OFFICE suite JIRA Confluence etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.
• Excellent Communication Skills, focusing on core Scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
