About the Role
Ali & Sons Holding is seeking an Electric Vehicle Technician for XPENG in Dubai to service, diagnose, and repair electric and ICE vehicles. The role requires following OEM troubleshooting guides and safety regulations, using special tools, and assisting technicians.

Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and diagnose electric and ICE vehicle systems using mechanical testing and computerized diagnostic equipment
- Service, diagnose, repair, and replace vehicle components using special tools following XPENG guidelines and GSM SOP
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on electric motor vehicles to the highest standard
- Provide accurate detailed warranty reports and/or cash estimates for repair and parts replacement
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions
- Communicate with Parts Advisor, Team Leader, Master Technical, and Workshop Controller to order correct parts
- Determine the amount of work needed on the vehicle and communicate with the workshop controller
- Identify any additional repair not specified in the job card and communicate to Team Leader or workshop controller
Requirements
- Experience in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing electric vehicles
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing ICE vehicles
- Ability to use special tools and service information
- Knowledge of EV work processes and environment safety processes

Purpose
- To Service, diagnose & repair Electric vehicles In Xpeng Workshop based on the fault findings following OEM EV troubleshooting guides & safety regulations.
- To diagnose and repair ICE vehicles in Xpeng Workshop based on the fault findings following OEM troubleshooting guides.
- To diagnose and repair vehicles using special tools and service information.
- To follow the EV work processes & environment safety process.
- To Assist Technicians whenever is required.
Responsibilities
- Service, Troubleshoot & diagnose Electric & ICE vehicle systems based on observation, mechanical testing, and computerized diagnostic equipment ensuring optimal performance and safety, as well as the information provided by manufacturer, customer, and service history.
- Service, diagnose, repair and replace vehicle components using the right special tools and following Xpeng Guideline and GSM SOP.
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on electric motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Provide accurate detailed warranty report and /or cash estimate for repair and parts replacement.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Communicating with the Parts Advisor, Team Leader, Master technical, and Workshop controller to order the correct needed parts.
- Determine the amount of work needed on the vehicle and communicate with the workshop controller.
