Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Procurement contact for Electrification business in Saudi Arabia, building strong relationships with country leadership and functional stakeholders
- Support implementation of global and regional Indirect category strategies, driving compliance with preferred suppliers and contracted agreements
- Identify and execute cost reduction/cost avoidance and value creation opportunities, leading sourcing initiatives at local level
- Ensure timely contract negotiations and renewals, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goals
- Champion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement
- Act as change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek out new ways to improve and automate
- Ensure adherence to global and local procurement policies, support audit readiness and documentation standard
- Lead a team of local Indirect Buyers, ensuring transactional and supplier onboarding activities are managed continuously and in line with agreed KPIs
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in procurement
- Experience in Indirect Materials & Services preferred
- Proactive and collaborative attitude
- Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
- Solid negotiations and contract management expertise
- Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for digital innovation and AI in procurement, with hands on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
- Languages: Arabic and English

Role Overview

Your Mission
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary Procurement contact for Electrification business in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications For The Role
