Role Overview
Serve as an ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor for an oil and gas construction project.
Manage site environment, health, and safety activities and support compliance with project EHS requirements.
Requirements
- ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor qualification or approval is required.
- Oil and gas experience is required.
- Experience level is stated as 1–5 years.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001 standards is required.
EHS Responsibilities
- Prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, risk assessments, and related documentation.
- Attend EHS meetings with clients and project teams and report issues to head office.
- Conduct daily inspections, site risk assessments, and job EHS analysis.
- Ensure appropriate safe work permits, PPE, safe equipment, housekeeping, and worker welfare conditions.
- Provide induction training and ensure weekly toolbox talks are delivered.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, communicate findings, and arrange first aid or medical assistance when needed.
- Maintain documentation related to EHS activities.
Management System Activities
- Establish, monitor, appraise, and coordinate upgraded versions of integrated health, safety, and environment management systems.
- Improve procedure manuals and conduct internal audits for construction projects based on applicable ISO standards.
- Conduct EHS training programs for engineers and workers on site and through HR-organized training.
