The EHS Manager, Digital Solutions will lead development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Aecon's EHS digital solutions portfolio.
The role supports EHS performance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The position reports to the Director, EHS Systems & Governance.
Digital solutions leadership
- Lead the EHS digital solutions portfolio, including Cority, SiteDocs, BIS Safety, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and future enterprise solutions.
- Develop a multi-year roadmap and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and governed.
Programs, data, and innovation
- Lead digital transformation projects from concept through deployment, adoption, governance, resource planning, and risk management.
- Advance EHS reporting, analytics, integrated data platforms, data quality, and data governance.
- Evaluate and deploy AI, generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics for inspections, incidents, audits, training, reporting, and decision-making.
