Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Infrastructure & Database Administrator.
The role supports Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, CRM, SQL Server, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
The stated experience requirement is 8–12+ years.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM.
- Administer SQL Server databases, including backup, recovery, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Manage LCS, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and integrations.
- Manage infrastructure, maintain Service Fabric, and manage environments.
- Perform package deployments, version upgrades, and platform updates.
- Troubleshoot ERP and CRM infrastructure, database, and integration issues.
- Automate monitoring and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, development, vendors, and Microsoft support teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2012 or later.
- Hands-on Azure administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or later.
- Experience with LCS, SSIS, and KingswaySoft.
