Driver Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers and manage daily last-mile operations.
- Coach drivers and ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and delivery standards.
Planning and Performance
- Plan driver allocation, routes, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, productivity, failed deliveries, attendance, and delivery success rate.
- Track daily delivery performance and take corrective action when targets are missed.
- Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
Issue Resolution and Improvement
- Resolve delivery issues, customer escalations, and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with warehouse or hub and customer service teams.
- Support continuous improvement of route efficiency, driver productivity, and delivery performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 or more years of experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, courier, or transportation operations.
- Experience managing 20 or more drivers is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of route planning, dispatch, and last-mile operations.
- Valid driving license and good knowledge of local roads and geography.
