Role Overview
Provide safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests in Doha, including airport transfers.
Represent the hotel through courteous service and a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport guests safely and on time to airports and other designated locations.
- Welcome guests professionally and assist with luggage during pick-up and drop-off.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, maintained, fueled, and ready for service.
- Monitor flight schedules and coordinate airport pickups.
- Maintain vehicle usage and transportation schedule records.
- Report vehicle defects, maintenance needs, and incidents to the Transport In-Charge.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with the Front Office and Transport Coordinator.
- Follow hotel standards, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- At least two years of professional driving experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality settings.
- Good knowledge of Doha roads and airport routes.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Arabic or other language knowledge is advantageous.

Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,500 to QAR 2,900 per month.
