Role Overview
The Airport Representative welcomes hotel guests at the airport and supports a smooth experience from the airport to the hotel.
The role coordinates airport transfers, guest arrivals and departures, and customer service in a busy airport environment.
The position reports to the Front Office Manager and is part of the Front Office department.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the airport and assist with luggage and hotel vehicle transfers.
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate delays, cancellations, or changes to hotel departments.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Transport, travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and transportation providers.
- Support VIP, corporate, and group arrivals in line with hotel service standards.
- Provide information about hotel services, transportation, local attractions, and available services.
- Maintain records of airport transfers, arrivals, and departures and prepare airport signage.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests, resolving or escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, Qatar regulations, and professional grooming standards.
