Role Overview

Join the Front Office team as an Airport Representative responsible for welcoming hotel guests and supporting airport arrivals and departures.

Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, grooming, and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome arriving guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to designated hotel transportation.
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, airport transfers, and flight schedule changes with relevant hotel teams.
  • Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and other services.
  • Assist VIP, corporate, and group arrivals and maintain transfer and guest movement records.
  • Arrange airport signage and identification procedures and respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, and transportation providers when required.
  • Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and applicable Qatar regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A Hospitality, Tourism, or related diploma or degree is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel guest relations, airport services, Front Office, or a similar role.
  • Previous hotel or airport experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and guest-handling experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple guest arrivals under pressure and work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office or hotel PMS experience is an advantage.
  • Professional and presentable appearance with a positive attitude.

Operational Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to flight schedules.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist guests with luggage.
  • Comfortable working in a busy airport environment.

Compensation

  • Pay is QAR 2,500–2,800 per month.

Workplace

  • Work is performed in person at the airport and related guest-service locations.
