- Utilize the project ECMS to register, control, distribute, transmit, file and archive project documents
- Provide Aconex training to the project team and other organizations
- Communicate effectively with project team members, client, and field personnel
- Support quality assurance audits, internal technical reviews, client reviews, and external audits
- Prepare routine documents and reports using standard office software
- Attend supplier kickoff meetings
- Keep abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services
- Operate standard office equipment, copiers, and automation tools
- Provide technical guidance and training to project team members in automated document management tools
- Perform or assist in other general administrative activities as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of current experience performing document management and/or document control processes
- Experience must have been obtained within the past 3 years
- Basic to intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across all levels
- Flexible and able to accept and quickly adapt to changes in work focus
- Willing and able to work overtime with little or no notice
- Experience using Aconex, including using and managing workflows
- Document/records management in the construction or engineering industry

Job Summary
- This position is for a Document Management Technician to provide support to the EXPO project.
- Provides Document Management support for the EXPO Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Under the direction of the Project Document Manager, the Document Management Tech will provide support to the project team and perform document and administrative tasks.
Major Responsibilities
- Utilize the project ECMS to register, control, distribute, transmit, file and archive project documents.
- Provide Aconex training to the project team and other Organizations.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, client, and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule and budget are met.
- Support quality assurance audits, internal technical reviews, client reviews, and external audits.
- Prepare routine documents and reports using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other office software.
- May attend supplier kickoff meetings.
- Keep abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services.
- Operates standard office equipment, copiers, and automation tools.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project team members in the use of automated document management tools.
- Perform / Assist in other general administrative activities as required.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years current experience performing document management and/or document control processes.
- Experience must have been obtained within the past 3 years.
- Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize assigned document management tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and to accuracy.
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Have ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Must be flexible and able to accept and quickly adapt to changes in work focus.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime with little or no notice as necessary.
