Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems tailored to project requirements.
- Manage receipt, classification, distribution, and filing of all relevant project documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain document registers and control logs to track status and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and train document control staff in maintaining documentation standards.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in document control management, preferably within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficient with document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalents.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in supervising document control personnel.
- Familiarity with project management office (PMO) and consultancy company environments is an advantage.
