Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch of goods and materials
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurately prepared and documented
- Verify orders against invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists
- Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for order picking and packing
- Arrange transport and coordinate with drivers/couriers for deliveries
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers/sites
- Maintain dispatch records and update inventory systems accordingly
- Handle delivery related queries, delays, or issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping procedures
- Prepare daily dispatch reports for management review
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
