Work you'll do

  • Responsible for market channel development and sales of company products, targeting regulators, banks, securities, funds, and insurance companies.
  • Execute marketing strategies to increase sales value, achieve sales targets, and expand market share.
  • Closely track and analyze changes in bond related products, providing market feedback to product managers.
  • Establish and maintain institutional relationships in the region, ensuring good communication and cooperation.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

We are looking for someone with

  • Bachelor's degree or above; major in Finance, Economics, or related.
  • Experience in fixed income related fields preferred.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills.
