- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major donor cultivation, annual giving programs, and strategic partnerships
- Identify and engage prospective donors, build long term donor relationships, and prepare compelling proposals and presentations
- Oversee donor communications and stewardship activities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational strategy
- Monitor fundraising performance and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with relevant regulations
- Represent the firm at events, network with key stakeholders, and promote a culture of philanthropy within the organization
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with major donors, including prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Strong communication skills, with ability to craft clear narratives, deliver persuasive presentations, and build trust based relationships
- Knowledge of philanthropy best practices and donor engagement strategies across corporate, individual, and institutional fundraising
- Proven track record in managing annual giving campaigns and recurring donor programs to meet or exceed fundraising targets
- Expertise in strategic planning for fundraising, including setting objectives, creating multi year development plans, and evaluating outcomes
- Several years of senior level fundraising or development experience, preferably within professional services, legal, or corporate environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or fundraising certifications are an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience using CRM or donor management systems and managing budgets and reports
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and operate with high integrity and confidentiality

Role Description
- The Director of Fundraising is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for leading and expanding BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE’s fundraising and philanthropic initiatives.
- Develops and executes comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major donor cultivation, annual giving programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Identifies and engages prospective donors, builds long term donor relationships, prepares compelling proposals and presentations, and oversees donor communications and stewardship activities.
