- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with businesses, institutions, and key stakeholders
- Manage existing partner relationships and negotiate collaboration agreements
- Develop joint initiatives that support client acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with senior leadership and practice heads to align partnership opportunities with business goals
- Monitor performance metrics and report on partnership outcomes
- Conduct market research, attend industry events, and represent the firm in external meetings
Requirements
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Partnerships skills
- Strategic Partnerships experience, with ability to design and implement partnership frameworks
- Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and measure impact
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Relevant experience in professional services, legal, corporate, or consulting environments
- Proven leadership experience in partnership, business development, or commercial roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or LLM) is an advantage

Role Description
- The Head of Partnerships is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for leading partnership strategy and execution for BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE.
- This role involves identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships with businesses, institutions, and key stakeholders that strengthen the firm’s market position and service offerings.
- Day to day activities include managing existing partner relationships, negotiating collaboration agreements, and developing joint initiatives that support client acquisition and retention.
- The Head of Partnerships will collaborate closely with senior leadership and practice heads to align partnership opportunities with the firm’s business goals, monitor performance metrics, and report on partnership outcomes.
- The role also includes market research, attending industry events, and representing the firm in external meetings to expand its network and visibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Partnerships skills to build, nurture, and grow long term collaborations.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Partnerships experience, with the ability to design and implement partnership frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities, measure impact, and support data informed decision making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in professional services, legal, corporate, or consulting environments is beneficial.
- Proven leadership experience in partnership, business development, or commercial roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or LLM) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
