- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Verify documentation and facilitate notarization where required
- Resolve routine issues and discrepancies

- Collaborate closely with legal and transactional teams to support smooth, timely, and compliant closings
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Escrow and Closings, including managing escrow accounts, coordinating transaction timelines, and handling funds and documents securely
- Experience with Notary related processes, including document verification and authentication
- Solid Customer Service skills
- Understanding of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in law, business, finance, or a related field; prior experience as an escrow officer/agent or in real estate or legal services is highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, and ability to work accurately under time pressures
- Proficiency with digital record keeping and office software
- Knowledge of local Dubai real estate regulations and corporate transaction practices
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Escrow Agent role based in Dubai.
- The Escrow Agent will manage and oversee escrow accounts related to real estate and corporate transactions, ensuring funds and documents are handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws and firm policies.
- Day to day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing escrow instructions, coordinating closings, liaising with clients, attorneys, brokers, and financial institutions, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- The role involves verifying documentation, facilitating notarization where required, resolving routine issues and discrepancies, and providing clear, professional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- The Escrow Agent will collaborate closely with legal and transactional teams to support smooth, timely, and compliant closings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Escrow and Closings, including managing escrow accounts, coordinating transaction timelines, and handling funds and documents securely.
- Candidates should possess experience with Notary related processes, including document verification and authentication, and familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Residential Real Estate transactions, including common documentation, terminology, and closing procedures.
