- Develop and lead fundraising strategies to support the firm’s growth and strategic initiatives
- Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Design and execute annual giving campaigns, targeted fundraising events, and special initiatives
- Ensure clear, compelling communication of the firm’s mission and impact
- Set fundraising goals, monitor performance metrics, prepare proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and maintain accurate donor records and reporting
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on long term resource development and partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Strong experience in managing relationships with major donors and high net worth individuals
- Skills in philanthropy and annual giving, including campaign planning and donor stewardship
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities for donor facing interactions
- Strategic planning skills, with the ability to set fundraising priorities, forecast revenue, and align efforts with organizational goals
- Relevant experience in fundraising, development, or business development within professional services, legal, or non profit environments is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term partnerships, negotiate support agreements, and work collaboratively with senior leadership
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including proficiency with CRM or donor management systems and basic financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, law, or a related field; advanced degrees or fundraising certifications are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Dubai and regional fundraising landscape and fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset

Role Description
