- Manage communication between the firm, its investors, and stakeholders
- Prepare investor presentations, reports, and updates explaining financial performance, strategic initiatives, and market positioning
- Monitor investment related metrics and analyze financial data
- Support the development of investment strategies and proposals
- Organize investor meetings and events
- Respond to investor inquiries and maintain accurate records of communications and feedback
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and senior leadership teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely messaging
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Investor Relations and Investments
- Solid foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Experience in professional services, corporate law, or financial institutions, preferably in investor relations or a closely related role
- High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant financial or CRM tools
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Role Description
- The Investor Relations Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Manages communication between the firm, its investors, and stakeholders.
- Prepares investor presentations, reports, and updates.
- Monitors investment related metrics, analyzes financial data, and supports development of investment strategies and proposals.
- Organizes investor meetings and events, responds to inquiries, and maintains records.
- Collaborates with finance, legal, and senior leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Investor Relations and Investments.
- Solid foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CIPM, IR related credentials) are an advantage.
- Experience in professional services, corporate law, or financial institutions, preferably in investor relations or a closely related role.
- High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant financial or CRM tools; familiarity with regulatory frameworks and reporting standards is beneficial.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and stakeholder communications.
