Role Description
- The Fundraising Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE’s growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
- This full time, on site role is based in Dubai and involves identifying funding opportunities, cultivating relationships with donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations, and managing fundraising campaigns.
- Day to day tasks include conducting prospect research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating annual and planned giving programs, and tracking fundraising performance against targets.
- The Fundraising Consultant will collaborate closely with leadership and relevant teams to align fundraising efforts with the firm’s mission, enhance visibility, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong fundraising skills, including experience with Fundraising, Annual Giving, and Philanthropy.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Planned Giving and Prospect Research to identify, cultivate, and steward donors and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, with experience engaging corporate, institutional, and individual donors.
- Solid understanding of financial and legal aspects of fundraising, preferably within professional services or corporate environments.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Law, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in Dubai or the broader Middle East region, with familiarity of local fundraising practices and regulatory frameworks, is beneficial.
