Requirements

- Advanced Analytical Skills
- Relevant experience in corporate or professional services finance, ideally within legal, consulting, or similar sectors
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent, and a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP or financial systems, and advanced spreadsheet skills

Role Description
- The Director Business Finance is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for leading the firm’s financial strategy and performance management.
- Oversees financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring key financial metrics.
- Manages preparation, review, and interpretation of financial statements.
- Evaluates financial risks and opportunities, optimizes resource allocation.
- Supports pricing and profitability analyses for legal services.

Qualifications
