The role involves managing internal fit-out projects, supervising Design & Build projects, and leading large teams of contractors and consultants. Candidates should have 15-18 years of experience i
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering from a recognized university
- A master’s degree in construction management or project management is preferred
- Holding a Project Management Institute (PMP) certification or its equivalent is preferred
- A certification in Construction or Contract Management such as FIDIC or its equivalent is preferred
- Certifications in Quality or Safety (ISO / NEBOSH) or their equivalent are preferred
- Minimum 15–18 years of experience in project execution
- At least 7 years in a leadership position (Construction Manager / Construction Director)
- Proven experience in managing large-scale internal fit-out projects
- Proven experience in supervising Design & Build projects from an execution perspective
- Proven experience in managing electromechanical (MEP) systems works within the execution environment
- Prior experience in working within a PMC or as Client Representative in similar projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously (Multi-site Management)
