- Build a scalable, high conversion global KOL ecosystem to support user acquisition and revenue growth
- Establish long term strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers
- Build, lead, and scale a global KOL Business Development team
- Define and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs aligned with company growth targets
- Develop localized influencer marketing strategies tailored to regional market behavior and platform objectives
- Lead KOL driven campaigns including livestreams, trading competitions, AMAs, community activations, and product launches
- Monitor key metrics including impressions, engagement, user acquisition, deposits, trading volume, and ROI
- Ensure full compliance across all KOL and influencer marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in KOL Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, or Growth within Web3/Crypto/Blockchain
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience with top tier crypto exchanges or trading platforms strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building and scaling global influencer/KOL systems from scratch
- Strong global network of crypto KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and media partners
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced and execution driven Director, Global KOL & Influencer Partnerships to lead our worldwide influencer and KOL ecosystem.
- This role is responsible for building and scaling a high performing global KOL network across key markets including Southeast Asia, MENA, LATAM, Europe, and North America.
- You will own the end to end KOL strategy—from acquisition and negotiation to campaign execution and performance optimization—driving user growth, trading volume, and brand influence for the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the global KOL and influencer partnership strategy across major international markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage top tier and mid tier crypto, trading, finance, and blockchain KOLs, communities, and media partners.
- Build a scalable, high conversion global KOL ecosystem to support user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Establish long term strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers.
- Build, lead, and scale a global KOL Business Development team.
- Define and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs aligned with company growth targets.
- Develop SOPs, performance frameworks, training systems, and operational workflows.
- Oversee execution quality, project delivery, and team productivity.
- Develop localized influencer marketing strategies tailored to regional market behavior and platform objectives.
- Lead KOL driven campaigns including livestreams, trading competitions, AMAs, community activations, and product launches.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.
- Ensure all content meets brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics including impressions, engagement, user acquisition, deposits, trading volume, and ROI.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize KOL investment efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to refine acquisition and partnership strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement through data driven decision making.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global influencers, agencies, media partners, and crypto communities.
- Identify and develop exclusive partnership opportunities with top performing KOLs.
- Create benchmark campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Support global brand and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Compliance
- Monitor global crypto industry trends, regional regulations, and platform policies.
- Ensure full compliance across all KOL and influencer marketing activities.
- Provide regular market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in KOL Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, or Growth within Web3/Crypto/Blockchain.
- 3+ years of team leadership experience.
- Experience with top tier crypto exchanges or trading platforms strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling global influencer/KOL systems from scratch.
- Strong global network of crypto KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and media partners.
- Deep understanding of regional influencer ecosystems, pricing models, and campaign structures.
- Hands on experience executing large scale international KOL campaigns.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to independently manage global negotiations and partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord ecosystems.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
