Role Overview
- Join Lenovo's EMEA Digital Transformation team and play a key role in driving strategic digital initiatives across the region.
What You Will Do
- Partner with EMEA business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable digital transformation initiatives
- Manage the end to end portfolio of strategic Digital Transformation (DT) projects, ensuring successful delivery through the stage gate governance process
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and DT project teams, driving alignment and execution across functions
- Identify business process improvement opportunities and recommend digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience
- Analyze project and operational data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, driving continuous improvement
- Support day to day business operations by maximizing the adoption and effective use of Lenovo's digital capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Change Management to drive user adoption of new tools, processes, and digital initiatives
- Monitor solution performance and ensure digital capabilities meet business needs, reliability, and quality standards
What You Bring
- Experience managing cross functional digital transformation, business transformation, or enterprise technology projects
- Strong project and portfolio management skills, with exposure to structured project governance or stage gate methodologies
- Ability to bridge business and technology, translating business needs into practical digital solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across multiple functions
