About the Role
Lenovo is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and develop assigned customers, maximize revenue and margin, and build strong relationships with third-party vendors. - Manage and develop assigned customers to maximize Lenovo's revenue and margin and expand customer satisfaction
- Achieve profitable revenue growth for your customer base
- Build strong relationships with third party vendors and partner companies
- Collaborate with internal functions such as technical sales teams, marketing, or the delivery team
- Work closely with field sales reps and other sales teams to achieve common revenue and profit goals
- Weekly reporting on account status: quarterly performance reports, forecasts, and business planning vs. target
- Create and follow up on proposals including pricing until project completion
Requirements
- 1 3 years of previous inside sales / sales experience
- Experience within the IT or related industry (infrastructure solutions, software or services is a plus)
- Customer oriented, independent, structured and goal oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office
