What Will You Do

  • Partner with EMEA business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage the end to end portfolio of strategic Digital Transformation (DT) projects, ensuring successful delivery through the stage gate governance process.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and DT project teams, driving alignment and execution across functions.
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and recommend digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Analyze project and operational data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support day to day business operations by maximizing the adoption and effective use of Lenovo's digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Change Management to drive user adoption of new tools, processes, and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor solution performance and ensure digital capabilities meet business needs, reliability, and quality standards.

What Do You Bring

  • Experience managing cross functional digital transformation, business transformation, or enterprise technology projects.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, with exposure to structured project governance or stage gate methodologies.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology, translating business needs into practical digital solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with confidence interpreting data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing operational best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
  • A proactive, customer focused mindset with a passion for driving business transformation and continuous improvement.
