Role Overview
Support the development, enhancement, and optimization of digital platforms, investor-facing solutions, AI-enabled tools, and enterprise applications.
Work across business and technology teams on high-impact digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital transformation initiatives and technology projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Coordinate with software vendors, developers, and technology partners to deliver platform enhancements.
- Manage digital product backlogs, enhancement requests, and system improvements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing, test scenarios, and deployment readiness activities.
- Support CRM systems, dashboards, portals, AI-enabled solutions, and ecosystem integrations.
- Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and service utilization.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Provide functional support and guidance to business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience with digital platforms and business systems.
- Minimum two years of experience with CRM solutions, digital transformation projects, and technology implementation and support.
