About the Role
ADCB seeks a Digital Senior Product Owner to drive digital innovation in retail banking. You will lead digital product development across channels, focusing on lending products like credit cards and personal loans.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation across digital channels (internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, digital TV) to broaden service offerings and elevate Digital Channel services
- Plan and coordinate onboarding, usage, and migration initiatives for assigned digital products, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze product usage metrics and revenue related KPIs to assess adoption, identify trends, and support data driven enhancements
- Ensure that all services meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 certification for internet banking/mobile Banking and product development
- Manage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies to maximize employee contribution to business performance
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence
- Manage and motivate the team to contribute to and participate in the identification and implementation of change initiatives
- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a Bank
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant specialization and MBA from top college
- Project Management Prince II or PMI or Agile (or equivalent) Certification
- Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies
- Planning, analytical and time management skills
- Written and spoken English

- People Management: Manage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team.
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Manage and motivate the team to contribute to change initiatives.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards.
Ideal Candidate Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a Bank
