- Increase digital marketing engagement and meet KPIs set by corporate and owners team
- Manage the hotel's various social media strategies and executions
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid campaigns while overseeing organic content creation
- Propose and develop digital media campaigns for brand building and tactical offers
- Strategize and execute 360 digital marketing campaigns to promote revenue streams
- Manage and lead digital marketing execution with appointed agencies
- Monitor hotel's online presence on travel portals such as Expedia, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or e Commerce Management or related discipline
- At least 10 years solid experience in similar capacity, preferably in luxury hospitality field
- Excellent communications skills
- Creative and strategic skills to plan and execute digital content creation
- Proven track record with project management skills
- Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English

About the Job
- Based at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Sales & Marketing department, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- The role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the hotel's marketing and sales efforts via all e commerce opportunities.
- Increase the digital marketing engagement of the hotel and meet KPIs set by corporate and owners team.
- Ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines on MO.com website.
- Be the guardian of the hotel's digital media platforms.
- Manage the hotel's various social media strategies and executions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid campaigns while overseeing organic content creation.
- Propose and develop digital media campaigns for brand building and tactical offers.
- Strategize and execute 360 digital marketing campaigns to promote revenue streams.
- Manage and lead digital marketing execution with appointed agencies for performance marketing and social media marketing.
- Coordinate direct marketing with business partners.
- Promote marketing channels including GDS and MO reservations.
- Monitor hotel's online presence on travel portals such as Expedia, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Marketing or e Commerce Management or related discipline.
- At least 10 years solid experience in similar capacity, preferably in luxury hospitality field, resort experience a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, articulate and compelling communication style.
- Ability to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
- Creative and strategic skills to plan and execute digital content creation.
- Proven track record with project management skills.
- Capable of creative thinking, working with flair and imagination.
- Excellent analytical and strategic leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Better understanding of hospitality industry and commercial opportunities.
- Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English.
