About the job
- Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Health Club Department, the Health Club Receptionist is responsible for booking all Health Club treatments, explaining services to guests, POS sales including retail, and checking in/out guests.
As Health Club Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Follow all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Health Club Operation Supervisor/Manager.
- Keep work area clean, neat and hygienic at all times.
- Always ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests. Greets all guests upon arrival, gives new guests tours of property and offers return guests re orientations.
- Assist in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.
As Health Club Receptionist, we expect from you:
- Must have knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry.
- Must be able to relate to all levels of management and colleagues.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well being of all guests in a spa environment.
