About the Role
Deloitte Global is seeking a Digital Identity Product Senior Manager for an 18-month fixed term to serve as product manager for the Digital Identity Operate offering.

Responsibilities
- Serve as product manager for the Digital Identity Operate offering, maintaining and evolving the offering definition, roadmap, and market positioning
- Develop and maintain client facing materials articulating Deloitte's POV on enterprise identity management, including the role of AI and agentic capabilities
- Develop and maintain reference architectures and transformation approaches that meet clients where they are
- Develop and maintain a clear strategy for accelerating outcomes using Deloitte identity assets such as Digital Identity Service Center and turnkey IAM/PAM/AM solutions
- Support leaders in developing and maintaining pricing models that reflect the value and differentiation of Deloitte's Digital Identity Operate services
- Own and maintain sales materials, messaging, and positioning, ensuring they are current, consistent, and aligned to strategy
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to ensure the Digital Identity offering is clearly articulated and consistently positioned across geographies and client opportunities
Requirements
- Significant Identity & Access Management experience (7+ years); strong understanding of platforms, ecosystems, and trends
- Experience supporting large scale identity transformation and/or identity operations in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with sales/delivery of Operate engagements
- Minimum 2 years of Deloitte experience or equivalent Professional Services experience
- Experience in product management, offering management, or solution management, including roadmap development and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable artifacts such as roadmaps, reference architectures, pricing constructs, and sales materials
- Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical and operating concepts to both technical and non technical audiences

What will your typical day look like?
- You will serve as product manager for our Digital Identity Operate offering, maintaining and evolving the offering definition, roadmap, and market positioning.
- Partner with other Digital Identity and Cyber/Operate leaders to understand and prioritize market requirements/feedback and communicate updates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client facing materials articulating Deloitte's POV on enterprise identity management, including the role of AI and agentic capabilities.

Qualifications

Total Rewards
- Salary range: CAD 104,000 CAD 215,000.
