About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support identification and evaluation of development opportunities through market research and site analysis
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies, including financial modelling and preliminary risk assessment
- Contribute to preparation of project briefs, business plans, and investment summaries
- Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring costs
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to support the design process
- Assist in contractor and vendor coordination and support site visits
- Support communication and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Help identify potential project risks and support mitigation strategies
- Support handover process and compile post completion reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in real estate development
- Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, pro forma development, and budgeting
- Excellent knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Egypt

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Project Inception & Feasibility: Support identification and evaluation of development opportunities; assist in feasibility studies; contribute to project briefs and business plans; help ensure compliance with zoning and permits.
- Financial Management: Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring costs; support preparation of financial projections and ROI calculations.
- Design & Planning Support: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants; assist in reviewing drawings; help ensure designs adhere to programme, aesthetic, and financial objectives.
- Construction Support: Assist in contractor and vendor coordination; support site visits and construction progress tracking; help identify and report issues.
- Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination: Support communication and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders; assist in maintaining relationships with investors and government agencies.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Help identify potential project risks and support mitigation strategies; assist in addressing project challenges.
- Project Close out & Handover: Support handover process by tracking punch list items; assist in compiling post completion reviews.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular updates and reports; maintain clear communication with project participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in real estate development.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, pro forma development, and budgeting.
- Excellent knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Egypt.
