About the Role

  • As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing the mise en place and day to day operations within your assigned kitchen section.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef in maintaining the highest food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with other culinary and stewarding teams.
  • Contribute to menu development.
  • Train junior chefs.
  • Maintain stock levels.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation protocols.
