About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and presentation
- Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a warm and professional service experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly using POS systems or manual methods
- Provide menu recommendations, explain specials, and upsell when appropriate
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure accuracy of service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas in line with hygiene standards
- Manage stock and supplies in assigned areas and minimize waste
- Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
- Report maintenance issues, low supplies, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately
- Follow all health, safety, and OHS policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices at all times
- Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly and ensure safe storage and usage
- Support team members and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, beach clubs, or high volume F&B outlets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in high temperature and fast paced environments
- Flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
