We’re looking for a skilled **Butcher** to join our kitchen team and help deliver the premium dining experience we’re known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and portioning premium beef cuts with precision
  • Working with **striploin, rib eye, Côte de Bœuf**, burgers, and specialty cuts
  • Maintaining top-notch quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Managing stock rotation (**FIFO**) and minimizing waste
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always on point

What We’re Looking For

  • **2–3 years of butcher experience**, ideally in a **steakhouse, premium dining or hospitality environment**
  • Strong knowledge of **premium beef cuts and portion control**
  • Passion for quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of food safety & hygiene standards (**HACCP knowledge is a plus**)
  • Someone who thrives in a **fast-paced kitchen environment** and enjoys being part of a team
