- Lead monthly S&OP cycle and align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
- Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies
- Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management
- Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment
Requirements
- Experience in demand planning or related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of S&OP processes
