About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs
- Lead monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle and align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
- Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies
- Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management
- Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in demand planning / forecasting / supply chain
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of S&OP and inventory management principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in electronics, FMCG, or retail industry
- Exposure to demand planning tools (SAP IBP, APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis)
- APICS certification (CPIM / CSCP)
- Experience in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of Saudi market dynamics and demand patterns
