About the Role
Unilever Food Solutions is seeking a Demand Creation Specialist in Abu Dhabi to drive sales growth and market penetration in the food service sector. You will manage HORECA customers, build relationships, provide culinary solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage HORECA Customers to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
- Build relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
- Provide customers with complete culinary solutions based on their needs, macro environment, and the UFS product portfolio
- Provide win win solutions for customers and UFS
- Help customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment
- Add new product listings to customers
- Promote ways to increase consumption of different SKU’s
- Take calculated risks to retain customers, and in negotiating contracts
- Generate flexible solutions to problems & opportunities
- Make financial profitability based decisions
- Execute marketing derived initiatives across the year
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
- 2+ years’ experience working in the UAE market, Abu Dhabi
- Background in Hospitality management/ food technology/ nutrition/ hot & cold beverages
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- UAE Driving License
- Business Acumen, Customer Development, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Selling and Analytical Skills
