About the Role

Responsibilities
- Analyze operation processes of each delivery segment and formulate standardized operational norms
- Coordinate carriers and self operated fleet resources, formulate dispatch plans, and monitor fleet usage
- Real time monitor delivery timeliness, on time delivery rate, damage rate, and establish risk warning mechanism
- Handle order anomalies, customer complaints, and emergency situations
- Establish carrier evaluation system, conduct inspections and assessments, and organize business training
- Analyze delivery data to identify efficiency and cost improvement points and collaborate cross functionally
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics operations, last mile delivery, or supply chain management
- E commerce or express delivery experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics KPI tracking, route optimization tools, and carrier management frameworks
- Proven ability to manage large scale vendor networks and handle high pressure peak seasons
- Excellent problem solving abilities and data analytical skills
- Strong track record of cross functional team leadership
