Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of station drivers to achieve performance targets
- Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and delivery activities, optimizing driver schedules and routes
- Monitor driver performance, including delivery speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions
- Address and resolve driver and customer issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with package loading and unloading, and perform driver duties when necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in using GPS, routing software, and other relevant technologies
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and delivery area geography
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary
