- Develop KPIs, incentives, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits
- Build and execute loss, damage, and customer complaint reduction schemes to hit regional target metrics
- Provide operational guidelines and coaching to local ground operations teams to improve technical and management capabilities
- Establish workflows to maximize successful delivery rates and maintain high satisfaction for major local market Key Accounts
- Act as a key liaison to align regional operational frameworks with global standards
Requirements
- 3+ years in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e commerce, express courier, or 3PL experience preferred)
- Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and data quantification skills
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross cultural environment
- Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required
- Arabic is a plus

About The Team
- You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high quality results.
Key Responsibilities
